CHEC offers underground services for residential and commercial customers.
Listed are the charges for the installation of new underground services
followed by pertinent information regarding these services.

The maximum ground line length of services is 250 feet.
The footage charge is based on actual measured wire length between
the source and end points. Additional charges and time required for
boring under driveways, sidewalks, etc. are charged to the consumer.
Services installed by CHEC will be owned and maintained by CHEC.
Services installed by CHEC will be installed in conduit for the full
